Board of Supervisors need Transparency on the new Garbage tax.

The BOS recently passed a new garbage tax, which the county desperately needed. The county residents deserve to know the details about this tax. How much money is going to be raised? EXACTLY where the money is going to be spent. Please do not keep the citizens in the dark and expect us to take it anymore. Do not let this money be spent of frivilous trips that are not helping this county.
