Someone Needs to tell the Truth!!!!!!

I have heard from multiple sources that Haydee Robinson has stated that she has not received any raises that other employees have not received. It is time this county understands that this is simply not true. Lets take a look at this in black and white.

First Contract that Haydee Robinson took on was a continuation of Judy Compton's unfinished contract.

This contract was for $82,000 in 2007. Now let's take a look at the next contract that Haydee signed in 2011.

So from contract one she went from $82,000 to $90,000, a raise of $8,000 from the first contract or 9.75% increase from one contract to the next. I have family members in the school system and have ask if they received this kind of raise, with the answer being no way. Now onto her next contract----

From contract 2 to contract 3 her salary raised from $90,000 to $97,145, another raise of $7,145 or another 7.94% over the previous contract. This is a total increase of 17.69% increase from the beginning of the contract to the beginning of contract 3. The new contract she just received does have an additional $1200 in it bringing her current salary up to $98, 345 but my understanding is that all full time employees received this raise so it is not under scrutiny. I am sure that Haydee Robinson will spin this that it is her VRS increases or some other reason, but the truth of the matter is she raised her own salary at a higher level than the rest of her staff, which is not right! If I am wrong and the central office can provide me proof that this information is incorrect I will be happy to remove it.
