Did you enjoy your fist year at Ridgeview? No,

Why or why not? It was unorganized, chaotic, and the students were taught only for the end of the year SOL tests.

Do you think the school system built a school that helps students in ways the previous ones did not No, it was built to do the same exact thing the previous school were, and that was to teach only for the SOL tests.

What is the best thing about Ridgeview? To be honest; I didn’t enjoy any part of the Ridgeview experience. But if I had to choose something, I would say technology classes were the best.

Would you like to go back to your old school? Why? Yes, the old school had fewer students and was better equipped to handle them accordingly. They were also much better organized

Do you look forward to the new school year starting up? No, my previous school year was the worst school year that I have ever experienced by far, mostly due to the key points that I mentioned earlier.

Do you think the distance to the new school is too much? Personally for me, it’s not too bad, but I have friends that have to ride on a bus for 45 minutes or more to get to and from school.

What would you change about the school if you had the option? I would change a lot if I had the option, but if I had to change just one thing, I would change the fact that the school system mostly focuses on the special education and the average education students, but they hardly ever cater to the higher education students, leaving very large gaps in the system.

Could you tell toward the end of the year that the school system ran out of money? I could notice that the bathrooms started to run out of paper towels and never being refilled, I noticed that the bathrooms were always dirty with stuff on the walls and floors, and the hallway walls having markings on them without being cleaned off.
