Do we Have an Endless Supply of Money?

The Dickenson Freedom has recently learned that the Dickenson County Public School system has contracted "behavior" services from Teresa Lyons, who owns and operates Instructional Renovations LLC, in Salem, Virginia. She is an hourly employee that is paid $150 per hour to develop behavior intervention plans. Numerous sources have explained that their are many local options available to do the work she does, but they are not being utilized in this capacity. Just to put this into detail, she is paid $1200 for an 8 hour day. Mrs. Robinson has defended this by stating that she is paid with federal funds, apparently she does not realize that federal funds are paid by our tax dollars as well.
